A completed development of an outlot of the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. Due to the close proximity to a major Village thoroughfare both sides of the building are exposed to traffic and required conscientious design. A combination of various masonry colors were used to create a contemporary yet lasting appearance. A varying design for each corner tenant was utilized to give the appearance of multiple anchors.
