Ground-up construction of a freestanding Fresh Thyme grocery store on an existing master-planned site. Insulated precast concrete panels were utilized to reduce on-site construction time and meet the aggressive construction schedule. A pre-stamped pattern was selected as a compromise with the city as each facade is exposed due to the unique circular drive around the site.
